Usolmash LLC joined the national project “Labor Efficiency” in December 2022.
During six months, the experts from the Regional Competence Center (hereinafter referred to as the RCC), together with the corporate work group, will identify any losses in the business processes and provide the knowledge-based support for the pilot flow optimization. Over the next 2.5 years, the RCC will provide consultancy support to the enterprise in replicating the experience gained in relation to other production and auxiliary processes.
The aim of this project is to achieve an annual 5% increase in labor efficiency at the enterprise over the next three years.
It should be recalled that the national project “Labor Efficiency” supervised by Andrey Belousov, the first deputy chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation, was approved by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in May 2018. It is designed to develop the conditions for an annual increase in labor efficiency in the country. To achieve the goals set, the Government of the Russian Federation has developed a set of governmental support measures for business including the financial incentives, employment support and knowledge-based assistance in the production process optimization.
