Hydrocyclones
Hydrocyclones
Hydrocyclones are designed for classification (separation) by size in aqueous medium of crushed ores, coal and other fossil raw materials.
In addition to classification operations, hydrocyclones are used in new progressive enrichment schemes, in various schemes for separate flotation of sands and sludges, in schemes with separate processing of industrial products, preparation of fine-grained material before enrichment on concentration tables, sluices, flotation, etc.

Pump-hydrocyclone installations
The system is designed to improve the efficiency of hydrocycloning classification operation by:
- Maintaining the optimal operation mode of the equipment.
- Increasing material extraction.
- Elimination of "water hammer".
- Saving material costs.
The system includes a set of control circuits:
- Pressure maintenance circuit at the inlet to the battery hydrocyclone unit (BHU) by the method of frequency regulation of the electric pump unit performance.
- Automatic variation of the battery hydrocyclone unit capacity by varying the number of operating hydrocyclones depending on the volume of feed material.
- Automatic maintenance of pulp density in the sump by additional water supply.
- Automatic maintenance of pulp level in the sump.
An automatic sump and pump unit flushing system can be included in the control system.
