Such criminals offer the copies of Usolmash LLC products under their own trade mark and then sell the products being the intellectual property of the Usolmash plant.
Please note that only Usolmash LLC (Usolye-Sibirskoye), being the manufacturer of these products, is entitled to legally sell, promote and distribute these products.
If the fraudsters are found to be illegally distributing the Usolmash LLC products under their own trade mark, the possible initiation of legal proceedings against the companies and individuals offering the counterfeit products will be considered as soon as possible.
Usolmash LLC is not responsible for the product quality offered by the fraudster companies and recommends that you refrain from purchasing the products that are produced and distributed by the unscrupulous manufacturers. It should be recalled that the purchased counterfeit products will be confiscated in accordance with the applicable legislation!
