Udzilauri Nika Vladimirovich, chief commercial officer of Usolmash LLC, joined the Interregional Union “Club of Young Industrialists”. Entry into this club is determined by a number of goals and objectives, including the following:
- Contribution to the complete satisfaction of the country's economic needs for domestic engineering products through the comprehensive and rational development of the machine-building complex;
- Promotion of the increased competitiveness, efficiency and technology intensiveness of the Russian machine-building complex based on the latest technologies that allow the implementation of process and general engineering solutions with due regard to the application of advanced equipment and up-to-date structural materials that ensure durable and reliable operation of the equipment;
- Promotion of the development of scientific and technological progress, as well as scientific and technical activities of the domestic machine-building complex, focused on the needs of the domestic economy;
- Dissemination of information, including any best practices between the research institutions and mechanical engineering enterprises in the field of development and implementation of new technologies for the purpose of the development and implementation of advanced industrial standards and technical regulations;
- Assistance in the professional advancement of the management and engineering personnel, generation of a modern training system and restoration of the succession of professional personnel of the machine-building complex;
- Support of the state youth policy in the field of technical education and training of high-qualified workers and engineering personnel of the machine-building industry;
- Development of the economic, industrial, scientific and technical relations between the enterprises of the machine-building complex;
- Assistance in the development of the self-organization and mutual support system for the mechanical engineers of Russia, ensuring the dynamic development and increased efficiency of the enterprises and industries of the domestic machine-building complex;
- Provision of assistance to the Union members in the design and implementation of their projects and development programs;
- Promotion of the attractiveness and social significance of the specific machine-building enterprises.
